Gabriel
Birth date: 2nd February, 2007
Upon arrival at CNCC he was known as baby Sophia but in fact his real name is Gabriel, a ten-month-old baby boy. His mother died after giving birth from complications. Gabriel was left behind with an ailing and aging grandmother, Hyasinta. Hyasinta contacted the Social Welfare Officer to request for assistance in bringing up Gabriel. Hyasinta explained that she did not know Gabriel’s father because her daughter was unmarried, and she did not introduce the family to Gabriel’s father before she died.  The Social Welfare Officer contacted CNCC for assistance.
