Birth date: 2nd September, 2004
Peter got to CNCC on 25/09/2004 a month after his birth.  He was abandoned by his mother when his father died. Peter was left with his aunt Elifina, who is physically disabled and has her own children to care for.  Unfortunately, Elifina could not care for an additional child as she is struggling to maintain her own family.
