Allan Njoroge
Birth date: 25th September, 2004
Alan’s mother arrived at the gates of the Centre and asked the watchman to call one of the Nuns as she had an issue to discuss with her. On return to the gate, the watchman and the Nun were shocked to see the baby left on the ground besides the gate crying. At first they thought the mother was nearby but after holding the baby for a while they found a note attached to the infant. It read: “Bad seed, grandpa does not want this baby.” The mother disappeared into thin air.
 
Allan, with a deformed neck which has a lump on one side, knows his mom and dad. On arrival at CNCC, Allan was very restless. He cried a lot calling his mom and dad and he took a while before settling down. Allan is the 3rd Kenyan child being accommodated at the Centre.
