Birth date: 5th July, 2007
Rose arrived at CNCC on 1/4/2008. Rose’s parents are both HIV positive, very ill and are not receiving any support from their immediate family.  As a result they are not able to properly care for Rose.  Fortunately, Rose is a healthy toddler.  The parents are hoping they will return for Rose when she reaches school age.
