Sarah Syril Shayo
Birth date: 13th January, 2007
Sarah arrived at the CNCC when she was only one and a half months old. Sarah comes from a disturbed family background. Both her mother and father from Ngaseni village in Rombo district are mentally handicapped.  As soon as Sarah was born her mother’s mental illness relapsed. The Social Welfare Officer rescued Sarah and brought her to the CNCC to be care for.
